01. Introduction

The client's brief was to create a modern, contemporary look for both the exterior and interior. Light grey colour serves as the base colour followed by the dark grey colour framing along the column and roof beam above.  A huge modern cabinetry is provided at the outside, creating a clean and sleek design.

02. Process

By using consistent design language, the wet kitchen is then equipped with full height upper and lower cabinet that comes with glossy finish. Dark grey quartz stone countertop and backsplash are installed along the three sides of the wall. The room is maximised.

03. Detailings

One of the special features in this project will be the larger bathroom area as compared to small condominium unit where the bathroom can be quite limited in size. With this larger space available, features such as bathtub, larger vanity top & mirror can be provided. The owner tends to create an elderly friendly bathroom design by having grab bars at shower & WC area. All this detailing will give the elderly extra protection in wet area.
