01. Introduction
Throughout these few years, we had successfully completed several renovation projects for banking institutions through our professional services. Dataran Maybank, Bangsar will be another milestone unlocked by My Maison Team.
02. Process
After certain demolishment work done, we start off by partitioning the space. Suitable to the typology of business nature which is a bank institution, a simple drop ceiling incorporated with L-box design is good enough.
03. Ideas
Just when all of the basic services are in place, installation of kitchen carcasses begin. For a quartz countertop to sit in position, it is naturally heavy enough and could secured in position by just applying silicone around all edges. Carpet tiles and vinyl flooring are the two main flooring used for this project. Adhesive is applied thoroughly all over the subfloor before laying the carpet tiles piece by piece all over the area. From the meeting room to the common corridor even to the pantry, the design and construction work really represent the efficiency and practicality of design.
A brief recap on this project, detailing such as round edges at meeting table are more user friendly. Application of carpet tile enhance the functionality and cost efficiency. Provision of M&E items such as sprinkler, smoke detector, ELV design show the complexity of design. Simple yet elegant ceiling works with sufficient lighting system. Good workmanship quality for pantry with the usage of glass kote wall as back panel. Neat and tidy cutting edges for quartz stone installation. All of these works definitely require a great team effort!
