01. Introduction

Industrial design concept is all about raw and unfinished look to the design material. High workmanship from the builder is required as the raw brick finish with mortar itself will be the final appearance. There will be only slight touch-up but there will be no render or paint applied as finishing coat.

Exposed pipes and ducts are one of the signature elements whereby people always try to conceal them under ceiling. We learn to appreciate the presence of concrete beams, pipes & ducting services under the concept of "inside out".

By providing simple cable tray support, the electrical cables for magnetic track lightings can be placed more neatly. Lastly, neutral monochromatic colours such as white, gray and black serve as main colour theme.
